Welcome to my gallery featuring railways in Cumbria, North Yorkshire and North Lancashire since 1996. All images up to November 2009 are scanned from medium format transparencies taken on Bronica ETRS cameras, mostly using Fuji Provia 100ASA film. From December 2009 most images are digital using a Nikon D90, although I still take some slides. The vast majority of shots are diesel or electric locos, though other traction may appear. My thanks go to various sources of "gen" and to Dean Cornthwaite and Bob Lumley for technical assistance. I hope you enjoy the photos.
